This document is pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulations") in order to allow you to know our privacy policy.   1. Type of data
After browsing the Site, we inform you that MISANO S.P.A. will process personal data (Article 4 (1) of the Regulations) below only "Personal Data". In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

The personal data processing that we want to carry out, with your specific consent, where necessary, has the following purposes:- to allow the provision of Site Services; Legal basis: the processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation) in order to provide the Service. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional, but the non-conferment of these data would make impossible to activate the Site’s services.

  1. Modifications
This privacy policy is effective from 25 May 2018. MISANO S.P.A. reserves the right to modify or update the content of it, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. MISANO S.P.A. will inform you about these changes as soon as they where introduced, and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site.MISANO S.P.A. therefore invites you to regularly visit this section to gain knowledge of the most recent and updated version of this privacy policy in order to be constantly updated on the type data collected and on the use performed on these data by MISANO S.P.A.
